I had one other 8 & $20 go up on WineSpectator.com recently: Chicken Paillard Salad.
This one is a very simple, classic bistro dish that takes very little cooking time. For this recipe, the chicken in pounded very thin, so that it's ready in no time.
Since I was I feeling lazy regarding chopping when I designed the recipe--as one tends to feel in the summer--it's also very easy on the prep.
