Happy New Year! And Hello 2016!
2015 was a bit of a roller coaster on my end. There were lots of highs and lows . . . and big changes. We moved from NYC to the Bay at the end of the year, and we're still in the middle of setting up our new place, let alone setting up our new lives. I also (fingers crossed) wrapped up an intense couple of years of wine studies-- more on this soon I hope.
Lots of changes; but in the midst of this, I'm hoping to be able to ramp things up here again. In the meantime, here is a celebratory 8 & $20 I recently had go up on WineSpectator.com to pair with rosé bubbles -- Salmon and Goat Cheese Puffs. I know I made them, but they're pretty YUM, if I do say so.
Unfortunately, I don't have too much of a leftover makeover for this one, however, if you happen to have any of the salmon-goat cheese mousse left, it makes a delicious bagel spread.
