I have another new 8 & $20 up at WineSpectator.com. This week it's a scrumptious, lightly spiced Masala Turkey Burger with Mango Chutney. It just tastes like summer sunshine.
I didn't really switch things up in a major way on this one to create a leftover makeover. We mostly ate them as was, but they do make a really tasty salad if you omit the bun/naan and serve them with some greens. Keep the crispy onions and it'll still feel a little bit decadent.
